1- We'll connect via email or phone.  From here I'll get a brief idea of what you need.  If you'd prefer to chat over coffee, that's also fine. 

2- Once I get a feel for what you want and need, I'll send you a creative brief. This enables you to clearly outline what your goals and objectives are for the project, it also helps you get a feel for what's on offer. This helps me know exactly what you need and makes everything so much easier for both of us.

3- Once the brief is completed (and I can help you do this), I'll develop a quote based on the hours needed to complete the project, and give you an estimated time of completion for each stage. I always charge per project, not per hour, so you know exactly what the cost is and there are no hidden surprises.

4- When you are happy with the brief, the timelines and the quote, I'll log your work.  A 50% deposit is required at this stage and the final payment is due upon completion.

I'm not happy unless you are and ultimately I want to make sure you get exactly what you need.  That's why all project work has two rounds of revisions, ensuring all of your feedback and edits are implemented.
